India is highly focused on skill development and enhancing its IT talent base. To contribute to this talent base, India Technology Center (ITC) launched its first-ever IT internship program in January this year, and in just 60 days, onboarded more than 50 young professionals.

In January this year, the interns joined us and were welcomed with a four-day boot camp program, introducing them to the company’s different business functions and units.
“We are hoping to convert more than half of the high-performing interns to full-time positions by July. Through this talent program, IT will be able to facilitate continuous growth of competence and capability across technology verticals and functions and deliver at scale,” said Lokesh Pant, Director, IT Delivery, India.
In addition to the ongoing internship, the students will also be part of the Future Leaders Internship Program from March to May this year. This global program allows young men and women to network with their peers worldwide and collaborate in an innovation challenge to solve business problems.
We wish our interns all the very best!
