Johnson Controls Singapore is a single source provider of integrated smart green building systems, services and solutions. The comprehensive life-cycle approach to in-building technology and operations includes planning and design, installation, integration, optimization and maintenance. One of Building Construction Authority's term contractors under the Green Mark Incentive Scheme, Johnson Controls is a trusted certified Energy Services Company.
With the global merger between Johnson Controls and Tyco in 2016, we have an even stronger suite of offerings for our customers, including verticals such as data centers, healthcare and transportation. The company has a good track record for system integration for complex facilities.
Johnson Controls products are now installed in more than 40% of commercial buildings in Singapore. We are in three locations and have more than 800 employees in Singapore.

Johnson Controls has been growing in Asia Pacific (APAC), serving its customers through an extensive network. Currently in APAC, Johnson Controls has:

- 260 branches
- 17 manufacturing sites
- 8 major technology centers
In June 2017, Johnson Controls Asia Pacific Headquarters was opened in Shanghai, China, becoming China's first "triple-certified" green building-three-star China Green Building Design Mark Certification, IFC-World Bank Group EDGE (Excellent Energy Efficient Design) certification And the United States Green Building Association LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum certification for new buildings.
At the building, energy consumption is reduced by 45% and water consumption by 42%. Since its opening, the smart building has received more than 17,000 visitors including customers, government, industry key opinion leaders, business partners and media.
