During his 33 years with the company, he rose the ranks from service technician to various supervisory roles leading regional teams. In the last 15 years, Harry raised the bar for frontline sales, building strong customer relationships and showing the team what it means to truly engage and serve customers.

Reese Mulligan, Service Branch Manager, Queensland, Australia, said: “Harry has mentored many junior salespeople and technicians during his career at Johnson Controls. He’s always been flexible to take on different roles when the company needed him to. Harry will do anything to help, always there to lend an ear, and will assist with technical solutions. Even though he is a Business Development Manager, Harry would get on the tools and help the team if they required assistance.”

To salute a great colleague and team player who was once Pacific Leader Craig Buettel’s supervisor, the team has engineered a surprise team lunch, a nation-wide Teams call and a big celebratory dinner.

When Harry is done with all the festivities, he plans to kick off his well-deserved retirement with some travelling and a move to a Thailand to spend quality time on the beach with his partner Alex.
